Members of The Old Dublin Society come from all walks of life and span a wide range of age groups but all share a love of and an interest in the history of Dublin city and county. Most members are amateur historians, as is evident in the papers and the articles published in our Dublin Historical Record.
The Society was founded in 1934 to promote the study of the history of Dublin and of Dubliners.
